Pick by color for instant material identification.
For heating, gas, water and power plant systems.
Sizes ¼″–2½″. Made in EU.
Our color-coded system eliminates guesswork on site. Each color represents a specific gasket material engineered for different media, temperature ranges and pressure conditions — from potable water and heating systems to gas lines and power plants.
Whether you need aramid fiber for high-temperature gas, EPDM for outdoor water applications, or graphite for steam and extreme conditions, Kinetics Line gives you instant visual identification and reliable long-term sealing performance.
One color = one material. Pick instantly. No guesswork.
Identify material in 3 seconds—even on dirty flanges.
Visual ID means instant picks. More jobs per day.
Match operating conditions to material. Wrong pick increases leak risk.
Same format, different materials — pick the line that matches your application.
Cellulose and synthetic fiber with NBR binder. Approved for potable water and heating systems. Reliable sealing on uneven flanges and low bolt loads. Install once, forget it.
EPDM rubber for potable water, sanitary, and outdoor applications. UV, ozone, and weather resistant down to -40°C. Built for long-term outdoor use.
Aramid fiber composite for gas, oils, fuels, and chemicals. High dimensional stability under heat cycling with minimal creep. Years of reliable service.
Rigid vulcanized fibre for pumps, motors, and mechanical joints. High compressive strength helps prevent crushing and deformation. Lock it down – leave it.
Highly compressible soft fiber composite for uneven flanges and low bolt loads. Suitable for hydrogen-ready and fugitive emission applications. Seals where others fail.
Lamellar graphite composite for steam, boilers, and heat exchangers. Designed for thermal shock, high temperatures, and demanding sealing conditions. When failure is not an option.
Match your application to the right material in seconds.

Prime eligibility and delivery time depend on marketplace, address, and availability.
The system includes: Fiber (GREENSEAL), Aramid Fiber (BLUESEAL), Soft Fiber Composite (FLEXSEAL), Vulcanized Fibre (REDSEAL), Graphite Composite (GRAPHITESEAL), and EPDM Rubber (RUBBERSEAL). Each is color-classified for specific media, temperature, and pressure.
Three checks. That's it: (1) Max temperature (°C) (2) Max pressure (bar) (3) Media (water/gas/steam/oils/chemicals). Match to the color/material. Done. No guessing.
Yes. Retail listings include standard flat gasket sizes (vary by set/marketplace). Match ID/OD and thickness to your flange/sealing surface. If unsure, measure the seat and use the listing size table.
Certified for potable water applications: GreenSeal PRO 180, FlexSeal PRO 350 and RedSeal PRO 110. EPDM RubberSeal 110 is FDA-certified for food contact and suitable for sanitary water sealing applications.
No. Treat gaskets as single-use consumables. Reuse increases leak risk.

No. KINETICS LINE colors are proprietary and apply only within the KINETICS LINE range. Always match by material name/spec — not by "industry color assumptions."
Physics. Pure rubber "creeps" (slowly flows) under bolt load and temperature cycling, which reduces clamping force over time and can lead to leaks. Most KINETICS LINE gaskets (Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Graphite) use a fiber composite structure for rigidity and torque retention — they mechanically lock the joint. We use EPDM (Rubberseal) mainly for water, coolant, and outdoor applications where flexibility and UV/ozone resistance matter more than high-pressure stability.
No — it's the next step. A metal crush washer (copper/aluminum) needs high torque to permanently deform ("crush") to seal, and it can fail on used surfaces with scratches or pitting. KINETICS LINE fiber gaskets seal by controlled compression and surface conformity: the fiber matrix adapts to micro-imperfections without extreme torque that could strip threads. This makes them a strong choice for older, used, or slightly uneven mating surfaces.
An aramid fiber gasket is used for gas lines, chemicals, oils, fuels, and high-temperature industrial sealing where dimensional stability and pressure resistance matter.
Yes. EPDM gasket material is suitable for potable water, sanitary systems, and outdoor applications because it offers strong resistance to water, weather, ozone, and UV exposure.
For steam and high-temperature systems, graphite gasket materials are typically the best choice because they handle thermal shock, pressure, and demanding operating conditions.
